Q: What if I can’t take my vacation before it expires? 

A: Typically there is a nominal fee to extend your vacation package however Trophy Run will work with you to make sure that you get to enjoy the vacation that you purchased. Just call our customer service number at 1-877-449-3990 and a Trophy Run agent will be happy to assist you in scheduling your vacation.

Q: What kind of accommodations will I have while I am there? 

A: Trophy Run uses preferred partner hotels as well as other types of accommodations based on package type or customer’s preferred upgrade. We have vacation packages that provide condo or even cabin accommodations right here on Trophy Run property. Your Customer Service agent will review all of your choices with you when you set your reservation.

Q: How many people will this package accommodate? 

A: Our vacation packages are designed for a family of up to 5 (2 adults and 3 children). We do have upgrades available if needed for family suites, condo, cabins or even extra rooms.

Q: When will I take my tour presentation? 

A: We typically schedule your tour for the second day of arrival and we have several different tour times to choose from. Your customer service agent will go over this with you when you schedule your dates to travel.

Q: What if I have a friend or family member that would like to purchase a vacation package? 

A: We would love to extend promotional offers to your friends and family members. As a matter of fact we will honor the same rate you received on a promotional offer for 30 days even if the promotion has ended to one of your referrals. Keep in mind that two package holders cannot travel on the same date on these promotional offers. If you have further questions on how we can accommodate other family members wanting to travel on the same date please call our customer service department and one of our agents will be happy to assist you with your particular needs.

Q: Do I have to purchase anything? 

A: There is absolutely no obligation to purchase or join anything. We know that you have choices when you travel and we hope to see you back again at Trophy Run in the future and hopefully tell a friend or two about us!
